At My Cosmic Key, we strive to provide meaningful and professional astrology services. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds may be processed.

By booking a consultation or purchasing services through our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Consultation Bookings

Cancellation by User

Users may cancel a consultation by notifying us at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Eligible cancellations may receive:

• A full refund
• The option to reschedule the consultation to another available time slot.

Requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment may not qualify for a refund.

2. Missed Appointments

If a user fails to attend at the scheduled time without prior notice, the session is considered completed, and no refund will be issued.

3. Rescheduling

Users may request to reschedule their consultation subject to availability. Rescheduling requests must be made before the scheduled consultation time.

4. Cancellation by My Cosmic Key

In rare cases where the astrologer is unable to conduct the consultation due to unforeseen circumstances, users will be offered:

• Rescheduling to a new available slot, or
• A full refund.

5. Spiritual Products

For physical products such as:

• Rudraksha
• Gemstones
• Bracelets
• Spiritual items

returns may be accepted only if the product is damaged or defective upon delivery.

Customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product and provide appropriate evidence (such as photographs).

Returned products must be unused and in their original packaging.

7. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

Refunds may take 5–10 business days depending on the payment provider or bank.
